About Andyrazz
My name is Andy Ramsay,
I started playing drums about 2 years ago and I can honestly say its the best thing I’ve done in my life, I just cant get enough of it. It all started when i went to watch some local bands at Sunderland uni, I was talking to a friend of mine and we were imagining what it would be like to up there on the stage and I said to him I’ll be up there this time next year and he was like YEAH RIGHT, anyway to cut a long story short I went and had 1 lesson with a local teacher and straight away I loved it from there I got the number for The Drum Shop(Gateshead) where I met Andy, Mick and Wez who have looked after me ever since. I’ve now been in a band called Melted Dog for about a year and a half which is amazing as it was only a thought a couple of years ago. Peace.
I am the proud owner of one of these AMAZING drum kits, The Atomic Bomb, which is the best thing since sliced bread!!! This kit is phenomenal and “loud” is an understatement, its an absolute JOY to play! I consider these drums an investment as they’ll serve you a lifetime and turn heads in the process.
Atomic Bomb Kit sizes :-
22×18 , 10×8, 12×9, 14×14, 13×7 snare and 12×7 secondary snare, totally LUSH.
Im using Evans EQ3 Batter on the BD, Evans Genera G2’s on the toms, coated Evans Reverse Dot Powercentres on the snares and Evans Resonant Glass reso’s.
Zildjian A and Z custom cymbals , DW hardware and Vic Firth sticks.
