you can never have enough

you can never have enough look Gonz, no legs The KILLER!!! BAAAAAAM!!!!!!!!!!! Two of the three toys I play Yes, that is a Midwest Percussion shirt I am wearing From 6" to 22"

Hello,
I am from the midwest. I started on the snare in 1967 in school. Climbed into a vistalite dbl bass kit in 1973 and never lost the love for acrylics.
I play a custom 4 ply maple kit built by Bernie Stone and a Pintech/Roland kit. I play Pearl hardware, top end Zildjian and Paiste cymbals, Pro-Mark sticks and Remo and Evans heads.
I am into everything but rap & country. Played in the So. Ca. area in the 80's and also the pleasure of playing with the "GREAT" Chris Duarte and Clark Ellison of Austin, Texas.
Romano built me a 6x12, 8x10, 10x10, 12x10, 14 x 10, 16x16, 22x22 and a 6.5x14 snare all with tube lugs and no mounts.

My cymbal set up varies from time to time. Now it is:
13" K . Mastersound hi-hats Zildjians
15" Paiste Sound Formula Full Crash
16" K. Med. Th. Cr. Zildjian
17" K. Fast Cr. Zildjian
21" A. Rock Ride Zildjian
18" K. Th Cr. Zilldjian
14" Z Bottom on Top (X-hat)
14" A. Quick Beat Bottom (X-hat) Zildjians
14" A. Custom Mastersound remote hihat Zildjians
17" Paiste Signiture Full Cr.
18" K. Session Crash Zildjian - played and autograph by Marco Minnemann

It is such a pleasure working with Romano with RCI.
RCI builds the highest quality and BEST sounding drums available. Midwest Percussion out of Chicago is my hardware and accessory specialist. The guys at Midwest are always there to help out and always give the best prices.
Rock on,
Steve

Hey Steve!!! Good to hear from ya!! Just got back from ordering a rug for the kit. 14ft across 10ft deep. I got a charcoal color so the kit should look awesome on it. I will mark it up where the rack legs, etc. go that way it will go up much easier when I move it. Like rug down, bassdrums in place, build rack, put in pedals, mount all toms and snares, put on cymbals. I got lots to do to get ready for April but that's all part of the fun!! Talk soon!! JC
