hello and welcome to my profile.Iam STEVE SMITH, and my blood flows red acrylic .I am proud to be one of RCIs very first endorsment artist. Iam the drummer and founder of the rock band RESIN, over the past few years since the birth of this project i have been lucky enough to have been exposed to many bands both in and around the MA, RI,CT . As a player and promo magnet i am more than stoked to chat with anyone about my superior drums, to open somones ears and eyes ,to forget what they think,they know about drums and expose your palet to yet another way of playing.to play acrylic is truly another animal in its feel and sound. I have had to teach people to tune acrylic because they have been trained to hear somthing else.Iam happy to be responsable for more than a handfull of the names and faces you see on this website everyday,puddle of muds MOKE BISTANY, TODD SMITH, STEVE KILROY, BILL RICE just to name a few. I know own 3 or 4 crazy custom RCIkits each unique in its voice and apperance. To have been able to be apart of this from such an early stage ,and to watch the company grow, to see more and more of you climming abored this train ,is only a catylist for my belifes on these amazing works of functional art. As i see new faces here every day from all ovev the world, i feel as if my own family is growing . AS A ENDORSEE I FEEL IT IS MY PLACE TO BE EXITED ABOUT WHAT I USE ON STAGE AND THIS IS CONTAGOUSE, THAT IS A FACT, MORE TIMES THAN I CAN REMEMBER, JUST TELLING A DRUMMER MY VIEWS AND FEELINGS ON ACRYLICS OVER WOOD, THEY BUY OUR DRUMS!!!! JUST TALK TO EVERYONE WHO ASKS YOU, BE YOURSELF, OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH AND MORE AND MORE PEOPLE WILL LISTEN.
